I cut my sugar intake by 80% now everything is way too sweet. I have to add water to juice to drink it. Soda is totally out the question. My glucose levels have always been normal

All foods can be addictive not too much of vegetables I understand why you guys are taking sugar out of your diet make sure you still have a little I'm not a sweet or sugar eater but I noticed I Need a Little Sugar time to time know your health situation especially people who have been living off a lot of sugar for long you need to go and buy it with your doctor and get a plan
