Since this video was made, they published that the red wire should be capped off, and that the black wire be connected to the same phase as the outlet that the gateway is plugged into. Using both the black and red wire was causing trouble for a lot of people. If you get it set up and it's not working, just move the black wire to the opposite phase. This thing is awesome once it's hooked up!
