For those who don't know, this tool is called the activator. It's a chiropractor's tool used as an alternative to physical adjustment (pull or switch). Some people and some conditions don't allow the traditional adjustment methods, so the activator is a very good alternative. It sends a very fast push or nudge to the joints.

Now, with that being said, this guy is absolutely clueless. The activator method is delicate and each click is usually slow and precise.

I've been going to a chiropractor all my life. I've never seen a tool like this, or the neck puller, or any hammers. He just aligns spine and neck. But I can crack everything I need by stretching. So I don't even go anymore. Chiropractors are such a waste of money. Just get a massage instead. 😮😂
