Lego Friends Emma's Art School 🎨 almost a modular building - build & review

The design of this set is beautiful, both inside and out. Lego Friends Emma's Art School is a fantastic build, mixing lots of activities inside with gorgeous faux-French architecture on the outside. Thank you so much to Lego for sending me this set, I hope we see heaps more like it in Friends sets to come.

I love sets like this. I had to buy and build it right away, now it lives next to the hotel. I want to get the theatre too when it gets a little cheaper. They look great together. These individual sets are definitely a nicer tribute to the Friends line than what we got earlier this year. On the show Emma wanted to study art in Paris so I assume that's where she is.

I love the purple hoodie, and also to me Emma's eyes look slightly different, like in shape. I also like the mosaic, it's a cool design. The whole set is awesome, the details *chefs kiss*.

It is a great looking set, definitely would work converted to fit with modulars. Lego seems to have really stepped up the design quality of the Friends theme this year.

This is EPIC!!! You could even convert it into a house like you did with Andrea’s drama school and catch up onto Sophie and Henry’s story and they move to Paris with the children!!

I would assume that the grey cup in the pottery section is a cup of water or perhaps a cup of slip (essentially just clay and water mixed together that acts as a glue).

I love this set I bought this one and the theatre right away. As an arts kid myself who specialized in theatre and 3d sculpting (and a lover of Lego elves) I couldn’t pass them up. They will probably be the only two I get from this season tho. As I have been drooling over the starry night painting set.

Why am I 35 and watching this feeling the dopamine rush. I almost felt light headed of joy. When I was a child, I knew a girl who had a lot of lego friends and I remember being so jealous and fascinated... I didn't get them :p I had Playmobile.

What a wonderful set! And I do hope this is the direction that Lego Friends is going — slightly more difficult builds, but packed with details. My daughter is going to have to figure out how to add a bathroom. Her exact words: “How can they have a school with no bathroom, Mommy? That’s ridiculous!” I agree, kid 😂
