At 7:30 its Lata Mangeshkar, she is one of the greatest singers of India also famous in many countries. Her passing away was tragic and left many fans in tears... just wanted to tell you:)
It's not the artist's grandma but a legend... obviously you wouldn't know who she is so I respect your reaction.
