The Start of the shallow lagoon reef tank!

I'm excited to get this new office tank up and rolling! given it will sit besides my desk having it a bit lower seems like the best way to go. Hopefully it will be chopped and welded this week so we can get it plumbed and filled this week!

Glad to see you making this video because I'm currently doing the same thing. I wanted to clean some of the equipment I got with it and was told vinegar works great, but just wasn't sure if there was a certain type of vinegar I should or shouldn't use.

Try lemon oil to clean hard water and coraline off, cleans it off fast, doesn't hurt the silicone or fittings and is fish safe.

I’ve actually used a dry and rusty scraper and didn’t scratch the glass but it saved me a ton of time because all the coraline got off in big chunks

Any ideas on fixing scratches in glass?

Do you know the brand name of the tank and how many gallons it has by any chance?

Is the main display tank 12 mm glass or 19 mm??

Unless you bought the metal already, you can probably just gusset the corners instead of using bigger metal.
