OMG, I keep playing this over and over again dancing, I'm 58yrs old, and this is my type of music. Old school rock. He sounds amazing. My grown-up adult kids 37 and 29, saying old lord here's she goes with this old music, especially when we have gathering. I grew up on this type of music best ever.

My dad was killed in a mining accident in September 1951 . I was born in March 1952. His favourite song had been Irene Goodnight. mother decided to call me Irene. I will be 73 in a few weeks time. This always reminds me of a father I never knew. 😘 This was meant for an earlier recording of Eric Clampton singing Irene.

this was my Mama's favorite song.. Her & my daddy won many dance competitions at the beach dancing to the oldies.. she passed away 3 yrs ago after finding out she had stage 4 lung cancer... she only lived 4 weeks after being diagnosed.. she was my very best friend.. thank you so much for this..she would have loved your voice just as much me ❤️

Watching this performed live in a cramped (yet legendary) auditorium, with his dad on guitar, and then hearing Marc encourage everyone to dance….what a moment. Old couples, young couples, just dancing in the aisles and loving every second. It was glorious.
