Compare the shape and distance between his two earlobes and his jaw angles in the Before and After photos. They look completely different. He didn't just get fat removed, he's done something to change the very shape of his jaws!! They went from sloping narrow towards his chin to now protruding outwards.

C'mon, doc; he's OBVIOUSLY had "masseter implants" put in. Brad Pitt had them too; then he had them removed years later. I NOTICED Brad's jaw was "suddenly" abnormally square years ago, and it happened VERY quickly...then years later, I noticed he looked "different" and I realized it was because his jaw was suddenly no longer so "square"! It was pretty obvious implants were responsible for the "square jaw" look, and were later taken out.

Please reconsider buccal fat removal. I had this done 15 years ago. I'm now 49 and have to have filler in my cheeks or I look hollow and drawn. It's definitely not worth it in the long run.

Do they really think we won’t notice big changes? I guess some celebrities just don’t care. This doesn’t seem like a case of dysphoria as he’s only changed his jaw and cheeks. It’s tastefully done but way to aggressive compared to his natural face. He looks like a different person.
