A one hour follow along qigong class to help you relax your body and nervous system. Flowing movements to gently free your joints and gently stretch you to make you feel good in your body. Improves mind body connection, balance and coordination, and it also uses relaxation to create more mobility and strength at any age. This practice really helps to relieve deep tension in the body and make you feel more alive.
