The Lennon Bus Visits Pomona, CA

On April 22nd The John Lennon Educational Tour bus arrived in Pomona, California and opened its doors to visitors of all different ages to play, explore and learn from all that the Lennon Bus has to offer.

Our first stop was at Kingsley Elementary School. These young students had two days of fun in the sun, including the opportunity to create one of our most exciting human peace signs to date. We even had a helicopter on site to capture the action!

The next day, one lucky group of students were able to create an original song and music video on board the bus. With help from the wonderful Jennifer Amaya we were able to encourage these students to not only write their first song, but to also expand their musicianship by learning brand new skills!

The next day we pulled into the beautiful campus at Cal Poly Pomona. There, college students were able to jam outdoors in our tents and enjoy our special photo booth experience. After getting hands on with all of the latest Lennon Bus gear each student received an all access pass to tour the bus.

As the sun set on our lovely trip to the city of Pomona, we said goodbye with warm hearts and new inspiration. Thank you to all those who helped make this a very successful stop. We look forward to another visit, Pomona!
