Do you have any tips on going into product management/owner roles from UX (not in the USA area)?
I have a PhD in Psychology & Education and I have been working as UXR for a while. In my previous experiences, I had 'sort of' the role of a product owner in the development of an LMS (it was research project), and I'm currently 'sort of' (again) a PO/UXR for another platform that my current company is developing.
However, these roles take about a maximum 30% of my time there. Ideally, I would really like to work of LSM in a place where the product and the research is central. I have been doing courses on Udemy of agile and scrum.

I am class 11 isc student opting to change my school for open schooling under isc boards only ( Not National Institute of open schooling), to learn more about product management.
I want to know is my decision right, will it some how effect my Academic portfolio for which corporate companies may deny my selection?

I did a startup. I led a software development agency (35 people). I completed some product management courses. I never worked with PM title and no academic background. But, product management is my passion. I even create and keep developing a small app as a hobby. Do I still need MBA to get a job as a PM? P.S I am from Myanmar.

I am wondering If I can get your thoughts on this - I recently discovered product management but my impression so far is that I can be paid well (sweet sweet tech salary), don't need to code, don't need any special certifications/MBA/MS Computer Science (or any specific degrees for that matter) or specific experiences.
