When I first tried to redeem my gift card right after Christmas it wanted me to enter a 16-digit card number. There was no 16-digit card number on the back. I just tried redeeming it again and was successful. Redeeming this card was nothing but a headache

Finally figured it out. When you get invalid format just keep typing in the rest of the number and invalid format will go away and then do the same with the ten digit pen. I can't believe it took this long to finally figure this out. What a crock of crap these cards are.

Don't purchase any Happy gift cards they aren't processed when trying to make online purchases or in store. Store employees said no matter how they try to enter the gift card they don't process.

I don’t have a pin number on my happy card, I tried to even call and do the redeem online situation and when I enter my pin the three numbers for the redeem online it still wouldn’t work or let me redeem

It doesn't redeem. It just goes to "connection timed out". I checked my Balance and it says there is cash on it. I want my money back

Had the worst experince with wounded warrior gift card. Spent hrs trying to redeem cards. Video review was nice but did help, but at 75 I am slower than a 20 year old computor.

Ma’am have you had an actual card on your hand. You keep saying you don’t understand why so many people are complaining about not being able to redeem yet haven’t shown a video to demonstrate where actually can we find the PIN number. The PLASTIC CARD I received only has 16 digits card number and 3 digits cvv2 under the scratch off, there is no PIN number. Tried to use the website to redeem and it seems it needs a 10 digits PIN number that’s nowhere to be found in the back of the card. If these are old cards still being sold you should either send a notification to retailers to remove them from the racks and replace with newer versions or modify the actual website to allow customers to use either PIN or CVV2, otherwise you will continue having people struggling to redeem and giving you bad reviews. Where is your marketing people?
