Easy cowboy caviar vegan friendly!

Let me teach you how I make my cowboy caviar

1-purple onion
1-red bell pepper
1-yellow bell pepper
1-orange bell pepper
1-green bell pepper
2-small cans of black olives, sliced
1-can of black-eyed peas
1-can of black beans
1-can of roasted tomatoes
You may substitute for any beans that you like
1 -teaspoon of black pepper, optional
1 -teaspoon of salt optional
1/2 -teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 -teaspoon of onion powder

Recipe for sauce,
1/2 -cup of Italian dressing, zesty is the best
2 -tablespoons of pesto 

pour over salad and enjoy best served cold
