I disagree with his second rule. You definitely want to learn how flirt and keep a sexual vibe in your conversations with women because if you don't, you run the risk of creating a platonic situation between y'all (which is disingenuous on your behalf) and you're unknowingly setting yourself up to be friendzoned by her. Don't waste time with meaningless banter. Be flirty and sexual and if the chick isn't being reciprocal then bounce to a chick that is on that type of time.
