【Alstroemeria Records】 Hell's Sun 「Nhato」

RIO: If there was one song I’ve been wanting to upload since the inception of my channel, then it would be ‘Hell’s Sun!’ After all these years I can finally access the damn audio sources for the album and this song in particular legitimately, so it’s now time to break it up with Nhato’s breakbeat take on ‘Solar Sect of Mystic Wisdom ~ Nuclear Fusion,’ which is so damn powerful that the sun is turning into a burning hellhole in the process! This is one of the earliest works I can personally remember hearing from Nhato, it’s certainly one of the few songs I heard from him that made me research his other works in the Touhou scene, uncovering many a gem along the way.

I’ve chosen to upload this now as the song has resurfaced in popularity recently, that could be down to it featuring on the other newly released Alstroemeria Records album; THE GAME (ARGM0001), which is a compilation album of songs from the circle that have featured in mainly, if not all Touhou rhythm games of some sort, this song features in a game called Touhou Danmaku Kagura.(東方ダンマクカグラ) I don’t really play any of these types of rhythm games if I’m honest, so I’m not at all clued up on what they entail. I think I’ve been put off rhythm games altogether after some miserable Taiko no Tatsujin(太鼓の達人) sessions, I’ve learned my hand–eye coordination is rather terrible to put it lightly… I still get nightmares to this day about those stupid drums. (._.)
