Acer Swift 5 SF514-54GT excessive fan noise

Internal CPU/GPU fan of Acer Swift SF514-54GT is making a racket like no laptop I've ever owned (including several HP). It's impossible to take it to the library or other places where loud noise isn't appreciated. The whole computer is of genuinely nice quality EXCEPT the fan, which seems like 20 cents worth of garbage. It has already been to a repair shop 2 times, and the old fan assembly was replaced with a completely new by "technicians" that declared it "ok" or "fixed". And here I am with this madness... The computer is under 2 years old -_-
