Batch Plotting, Publishing, or Printing Multiple Drawings in AutoCAD.

This video demonstrates how you can easily print multiple documents at a time in AutoCAD. This is a must know if you are printing many drawings as printing them one by one takes a long time.

Let me know if there's anything you'd like me to change etc..

This will work for all Autodesk AutoCAD programs from about 2009 to 2014.

Helpful Tip: You can set "Page Setup" for individual sheets in the "Publish" dialogue window BEFORE saving the sheet list. This comes in handy if your desired sheet list requires plotting to different sizes.

Hey! Hope you'll see this comment.
I always use Publish feature since is very useful especially with large multi layout files, but I'm actually having a trouble to publish with different Lineweight as I do with normal single Plot. After finish to publish, all the lines in the final multi PDF appear at the same thickness. I'm looking for a solution around the web but couldn't find any solution. That is so frustrating!
Please let me know if there's actually a way to publish different line weights and how can I do it!

THANKS A LOT IN ADVANCE!

Hello, can you take a question?
When creating tests 1 and 2, where are they going?
In the video part 4:07!

At work we have to change printer a fair bit so without saving the page setup I could pretty much never use batch plotting. Cheers, for showing a way to save page setup and use in batch plot.

Hey just a tip, a faster way to select all the drawings at once, just hold Ctrl A, you might already know that. Thanks for the video very helpful.

I need help! I was batch plotting just fine until one day I got a error saying (Error saving PDF file; PDF file is open or uneditable) I don't see any PDF's open anywhere... I have no clue how to fix this problem. If you can reply that would be awesome. Thank You Diana

Hello I followed all these steps and everything works except, for some reason at the very end after I created a page setup, I would select all my drawings and I would try to change the page setup to testlist 1 but DefaultNone and Import are still my only options. Does anyone know if there is a way I could correct this? Thank you

I am having issues with Batch publishing, I am getting any error that states the PMP folder is missing, then internal error creating custom paper and unable to create requested media size. I have a default set with my CBT file and paper size. I have batched published before, this is the first time this is occurring. Any advice?

question: I have all my drawings in on file but what to use publish so I can plot them in order quickly, will publish work for this? also I'm having problems with assigning plot settings in page setup. I set a plot parameter to the sheet list but it plots with a different plotting ?
