Summary: Lethal Tempo is not good for the 20 mins of the game / The 1st 2 items that you build. you see the TRUE benefit of it, by third item. Hail of blades/ Early game, Lethal Tempo is for Late game. Hail of blades/ For squishies Lethal Tempo is for TANKS. Plus + (Perfect calculation of 3 autos on Hail blades on each different champ match up. )

i played lethal tempo with voli and i played horiibly but still it did 4k damage at the end of 40 mins

Finally i can go up with my kda with Yasuo. Now grand master but 52% win rate. With lethal tempo i can go 55%. Much easier
