1000%. Thisbis one of the reasons my husband and i do not do social media. And back when we still did when our youngest was a baby we had a rule that no one could post her online. Kids deserve atonomy and privacy.

As a 20 year old child of two millennials, I am SO GLAD my parents always had strict rule of not posting my face, or even their faces for that matter, on social media. All photos of me on their social media have my face covered. Even now, they still cover my face when they post, even our relatives know to do the same, they also cover my face when they post photos I'm in

I would say, parents posting ANY content of their kids. I think about how insecure i felt at 15 when i didnt get enough likes or comments on posts. You cant tell me those insecurities arent subtly being pushed onto peoples kids.

But i have not done it... I'm a millennial... not a single pic of my child on any social media platform. I also stopped using any social media platform. This has nothing to do with millennials... plenty of grandmas who share their grandkids on Facebook.
