Do not make this like East Washington. We need to have this have traffic flow properly and keep pedestrians on side paths and tunnels moving east to west if you make this like East Washington, it will create heavy traffic flow issues, time delays, and will only cost the city more and construction fees. The population of Dane County is most likely to exceed 1 million in probably less than 50 years.

Don’t do what they did over on 151 heading towards Verona that intersection is awful now off of the beltline. If you’re going to do construction in this area, I would recommend taking a page from Milwaukee‘s book and have connecting on ramps onto the beltline and have off ramps and tunnels and pedestrians and bikes
