after 1.6 (edgerunner) patch i started finding them in NCPD gang bust jobs after 40 lvl street cred, pretty sure they have become random now.

00:27 I'm exactly in this spot, with the dead body behind. Everything is ok, but the chest is not there. I'm playing version 1.61, they must have changed the mod place for hell know the reason, something only to annoying purpose.

it's literally no longer in the game for me, idk about anyone else but after 1.5 I only ever find street smart or resist. I have literally gone through an entire new run and 100% completed the game and never found armadillo crafting spec but found like 25+ resist/street smart. this is fucking DUMB. hope they fix it soon.
