To all the dragon ball fans, this is the explanation to ulf kars' abilities, feats, etc.
Novel kars or kars ulf (ultimate life form) is a jojo's bizzare adventure character that is NOT canon. It was featured in the light jojo novel "jorge joestar" but even tho it was drawn by araki (jojos bizzare adventure manga creator), it was not written by him.
Light novel kars has insane feats. He can copy anyone's abilties, power levels and buff them by a lot (Search ultimate white snake for some explanation) therefore he is basically unstoppable. Regarding made in heaven's abilties ( Made in heaven is a stand that gains control over the gravitational forces of the earth and roughly the entire universe, using it to accelerate time itself and create specific phenomens even tho any living being is not accelerated, anyways so, the universe has an ending right? Made in heaven can accelerate time up to that time, resetting the universe and picking up from where it left from, creating new humans, beings, similar to those in the current timeline.) As i said, regarding made in heaven's universe resetting abilities, light novel kars stated "If the universe were to be resetted i would simply find my way back." Menacing aint it?
So. Conclusion is light novel kars could defeat anyone and his power level is infinite (i think).
