It sucks to think that over the next 10-15 years we are going to lose a lot of the music legends that can not be replaced

Jamel, You are a class act and just a good dude. Some people just love to hate out there. It has been particularly evident the last couple of years. That is why I love your channel. It has been my refuge from all of the hate out there.

RIP EVH. I like to think that he and Neil are right now forming a supergroup Beyond the lighted pearly gates and will be preparing the ultimate jam for us all when we arrive.

Peace Brother.

It will never be known how many young people have picked up a guitar because of Eddie Van Halen he deserves a 21 guitar salute. R.I.P Eddie. May you rest and rock in peace.

The only thing that makes this hurt a little less, Eddie is no longer in pain.
Thank you for all the music memories and finally rest. You fought a great battle. Cancer Sucks! Heaven’s Band grows.

My heart is broken. I read Woolfie's tweet and realized Eddies greatest role wasn't Rock Star, it was being a wonderful loving father.

I’m so heartbroken over Eddie Van Halen’s death. He was a musical genius. He really set the bar for so many of the new performers. A huge part of my youth passed away today

It was a ten year battle; he fought as long as he could... like Neil Peart and David Bowie... but cancer doesn't care; it ravages everything. Devastating news. 😔

There is no finer tribute to Eddie than his son calling him the best father ever. THAT'S the most real and important tribute. RIP from this fan of this legendary guitar virtuoso. 💔

Neil Peart was rough for me...EVH is devastating!! I cried, and I cry for almost nothing. Eddie is the reason I picked up a guitar 40 years ago. Eddie is the reason I still play today. Such an inspiration...the world truly sucks way more today than yesterday. RIP to my hero...

Eddie Van Halen was one of the most viewed guitarists on 1980s MTV. I miss the anticipation of waiting for the next Van Halen music video to air. It was a great time for me to be a teenager. Who would like to experience the 80s again or for the first time to escape the year 2020?

Edward Van Halen: You rescued us from disco and will be remembered as Virtuoso, Inventor, Song Writer, Entertainer, Chaser of Tone, Friend and Father. R.I.P. God Speed. Going to be one hell of a garage band in Heaven!
