Before we continue...👀

💰Remember, day trading is risky and most traders lose money. You should never trade with money you can’t afford to lose. Prove profitability in a simulator before trading with real money.

Thanks, Ross. I'm new and appreciate this trader rehab video. I recently took a different path. I turned my apparent day trade loss into a swing trade and held 2 trades overnight with limit orders. I took time off trading. The one trade sold at target profit 12 days later. I still hold the 2nd and it is still floundering. I'm told Warren Buffet said, "The stock market is the place where the impatient pay money to the patient." Well, right now I'm being patient. Of course I've made (lost) no money in the interim. I'm not committed to full-time day trading at this time, partially being not secure enough with my finances. Your channel is inspiring and informative.

Ross, I’m right there with you. Went from 15 day green streak in January to 15 day red streak in February. Today was my first green day in a while those small it gives me the confidence I need to go on. I guess I’m gonna kind of trader rehab myself, thanks for your video again

I think you're going about it exactly right. If you had 5 green days last week, you would've been in Lunr today.

The next time you are on a green streak, something else will be out there.

I love to psycho-analyze probabilities, when it comes to trading. I think doing that, takes out a lot of the uneasiness, once you have gotten a decent amount of time in, to look back on.

Based on your career to date, it's extremely unlikely that you will break your losing streak record - because of how successful you are at making adjustments when they need to be made.

Even if you have a red month, the likelihood that you'll have 2 or 3 red months in a row is probably close to zero.

Soon enough, the rough patch will be comfortably in the past, and it is possible (and maybe likely), that you are already past it.

With the above said - sidenote reminder: how many years have you been trading during a worldwide epidemic, immediately followed by massive inflation, immediately followed by threats by multiple countries launching nuclear weapons?

Times are constantly changing, and you're an excellent constant adapter.

I knew you were taking the rehab seriously when you didn’t jump into LUNR lol. Great job, Ross. You’ll be back to crushing it in no time, you’re track record can confirm your abilities on that.

You're not alone with the FOMO on LUNR. I am in a bit of trader rehab right now and I was really teased by LUNR but I stayed out and turned off my trader platform at 830 PST as planned. Missed a lot with it but could have been a big loss. Like you said, it is so easy to go "but this is really good, so I will follow my plan tomorrow. Make an exception. Then tomorrow, make another exception. And so forth. Thanks for the good summary and reminder that while I missed out on it today I followed my stop plan up $2500. That is a great day!

This really gives you an idea of the level of emotional intelligence you learn from trading. Most people spend their entire life with nothing even close to this awareness of their own emotional state and their own tolerance for emotional pain on any given day.

Haha Ross you’re not alone bro. This market is freaking tough!!! So much chop, no momo, barely any gappers worth trading. It’s been one of the hardest periods of Trading I’ve gone through. I think this is true for a lot of traders in the market.

Having to admit you need to put yourself in rehab is the first step and the hardest to overcome. Mine starts tomorrow!

You made the right call! A ten dollar spread is too much risk, especially coming out of a slump.

This guy is the most truthful day trader out there. He also makes me laugh, red or green.

The biggest way I get over FOMO on a missed out trade is knowing there is always another trade in the coming days…always. As soon as the trading day is over I’m already mentally preparing for the next day.

Thanks for sharing, sir
Could you Create an A.I. to keep you on rehab, UNTIL you prove to the "mentor" A.I. only then you will trade as normal days. Find a harmony in your life

I feel the same thing here. I mean the wall street did not play penny stock these days so is hard to win the win money. Nobody plays. No money in just money out. No good. Need volum

Thanks for the video. I agree take a breather and when your ready take baby steps in the trading. Another method is to paper trade. until you get your mojo back.
