how to convert kmz and kml to gpx, my tracks gps to gpx

just a simple tutorial

you need 7zip and gpsbabel

you can get kml by unzipping the kmz file, then convert the kml to gpx

for example wikiloc, does not let you upload kml or kmz created by my tracks, so you need to convert it to gpx, very annoying
