4 Stocks at 52 week Lows, Time to BUY?

In today's video we will look at 4 stocks trading at 52 week lows and determine whether they are a BUY here or not. I will give you my personal rating for each stock as well as a target price of where I would like to buy the stock.

The S&P 500 continues to make record highs, but not all stocks are participating and their are still deals to be had in the market, we just need to find them.
