Kindly scroll back up and start a Present-Day contract with the Like Button. Thank you 👍 ALSO, this is a crypto video, so scammers/bots are rampant in the comments. I will never tell you to contact me on Telegram or text or anything like that.

I agree, I don't think this should affect BTC prices, but I'm sure it will. I think one of the biggest problems plaguing crypto has been blind investing, which will most likely happen with this. I imagine many will jump in to the new ETFs without realizing that they are futures.

I have a university assignment on this topic that's due tomorrow and I couldn't understand it. You explained it so beautifully. Thankyou so much!

Thank you. You echoed my thoughts exactly. I would rather own BTC than an indirect ETF

Just watched this video today (4/3/22). Yup Fidelity and others did jump.on it. I even have 5% of my Acorns portfolio in (BITO). Its definitely gaining traction.

The thing about buying and selling Bitcoin is how costly it is for every transaction. Although this is a Futures ETF, it does cut out that initial cost (don’t know what the ETF’s managing fees are though).

Thanks for clarifying, Humphrey. Excellent and informative video as always. Side note: Can we get a link to purchase that sweet tea mug?

My retirement account forbid me from buying GBTC or GLD, my next best options are Mining ETFs and futures ETF, BITO and IAUF, respectively.

In Canada I put some money into ETHX an Ethereum ETF on the TSX and added it to my TFSA so if I do make money long term on it that money can be withdrawn tax free

One upside to using the ETF is if you are wanting crypto exposure in an IRA (not saying you should have this exposure in a retirement account as it’s highly volatile) but you can buy one of the ETFs and capture the tax free gains on it. Otherwise if you aren’t investing in a retirement account I don’t really see any benefit in having these ETFs in regular taxable accounts, just buy outright.

I think you are overlooking one small but meaningful benefit of the etf. No lost coins in bad wallets.

What you said in the last minute of the video is what I exactly assume is going to happen

What are they going to do with the money gained from futures? The same thing everyone else is doing..they are going to buy their own stock an keep pushing the price to create another bubble .
