How fast can Peppino ACTUALLY run? [EXPLAINATION IN DESC.]

Thanks to CenTdemeern1, I did some research and turns out his speed limit is actually 20.03 pixels/velocity without dashpads, which means if you go into mach 4, you get .50 + pixels/velocity per dashpad. Mach 1-3 will not affect the additional .50 pixels/velocity to mach 4, it will only stay at 20.03 (if you get to mach 4) until you hit another dashpad.

The camera moving past Peppino is actually a fucking genius idea because think about it, the camera moving forwards gives you more time to react to obstacles when moving at these high speeds. I mean is literally useless in the normal game since no level is capable of fulfilling the speed requirement but its smart none the less.
