Hey Luke! I can explain what ezcema is. (I had it since birth so I can explain)
ezcema is a type of like condition that weakens your skin barrier. If you don't drink enough water, the ezcema starts to breakout. Docotrs reccomend people with ezcema creams, like I got reccomended with Cetaphil. Creams that help with sensitive skin are reccoemended. Breakouts, they can spread from your legs to you face. Most people have ezcema on their face. Luckily, theres some people who have ezcema with just to their belly to their legs. *I don't have ezecma from my face* Scratching or itching the bumps on your skin due to ezcema can lead to bleeding. So don't do it. Trust me on this one. They can be diagnosed from birth or toddlers. ❤ If this doesn't make sense, you can look it up.
*Edit, Two months later this comment went viral. CRAZY! I will give some updates, yes it itches for a long time, and it's painful. To be honest it is a bit satisfying just itching the ezcema. Try to not itch, for it can bleed very badly. I'll edit it soon just comment, p.s ty all of you for telling your experience in ezcema. Now I don't feel like the only one with the experience!*

2:18 eczema is something that gives you rashes often but according to my knowledge it’s different for each skin colour as for black people(really dark or dark), we get bumps, but with white people(not dark), they get red marks all over themselves

As someone who “doesn’t feel pain”, it could also impacts other parts of your nervous system like never feeling hungry, thristy, or needing to use the bathroom when I haven't done any of those things all day.

I’m introverted, I have brown, curly hair, I have blue eyes, and I’m left handed. Plus I have ADHD and autism, 30 to 80 percent of children with autism also meet the criteria for ADHD and, conversely, 20 to 50 percent of children with ADHD for autism….but it’s more common in boys than girls. I have autism and ADHD, so I’m a rare case on that too. 😅

As someone who has eczema, it isn't acne, it's inflammation of the skin which is often itchy, sometimes eczema is caused by food allergies but mine isn't that case, mine gets worse in the winter than when it's warmer
