Showroom Dummies / Kraftwerk Cover (with Orchestron Samples)

Hello! This is a cover of Kraftwerk's song "Showroom Dummies" from their album Trans-Europe Express released in 1977. I filmed this video the same night I filmed my "Europe Endless" cover, so this is my first time using a green screen. It is not perfect but I enjoyed making this video!

The song has 3 versions: Showroom Dummies (English), Schaufensterpuppen (German), Les Mannequins (French).

Fantastic rendition! I really like the way you sing these covers.
When I heard this song for the first time in 1977 it scared the shit out of me. I was 10, alone at home and listening to the radio. Suddenly this came on an the haunting choirs freaked me out! I had never heard anything like this. Add to this that the German lyrics and the way they are sung are pretty creepy. There is an underlying menace in the impassioned tone. After they "break the glass" the German lyrics are "wir streifen durch die Stadt" (we roam through the city) but I heard it as "wir schleifen durch die Stadt" (we drag through the city), giving my overheated mind the impression of evil mannequins crawling through my street with one leg dragging behind.
To this day I still don´t chose to listen to Uranium in the dark. THAT voice really comes from somewhere else!

I really wish YouTube's algorithms made more sense. This is absolutely AMAZING. the sound is spot on and even the vocal (s) cool. I've been contemplating getting an arturia drum brute or the impact, I think the percussion tones you got in this have pushed me off the cliff.
