Based in Wellington, Keith is part of the AWS Australia, New Zealand and Oceania Public Sector Digital Innovation Practice whose role is to share our Working Backwards mechanism with customers. Working Backwards is an approach used across the diverse Amazon business to successfully drive customer-centric innovation.
Keith has been with AWS for three and a half years working in both the Digital Innovation and Amazon Partner Network teams. Keith is also the Sustainability Ambassador representing Aotearoa NZ in Amazon’s global sustainability team.
