I have done this 4 times....2day 5🤣😂💕 I did not grow up on "mac and cheese" at all...as my grandmothers ..aunts..mom made everything from scratch and being part italian and spaniard... that "mc" is not entering the home 😂🤣...I have finally tried w my hsbnds Velveeta..yikes.😬 ....then I tried my 2 sisters in law...yikes again....Joanna's is a more upper version because of the gruyere.. I serve it w breaded chkn cutlets or as a quick snackie🤣I cover mine because the last 4 times...it was dried out ...I wld cover after...so no..lesson learned ....cover it up ..I do it at 400°f at 25 min..I follow this recipe ...not the book...I don't have it and I don't like nutmeg...🤣and I made this 2day Holy Thursday...2 have it 4 2mrrw Good Friday...no meat..but can serve it w breaded shrimp 🍤.
