Me and my family never had to much thought about politics being hard blue collar workers who were satisfied with simple quiet lives. But when your freedoms start being taken away you feel it. I’m not sure Justin knows what kind of fringe hornets nest he’s put his foot on but it’s gonna run him out of office that’s for sure.

Well, part of what he stated smacks of truth. Canadian's do want to know the truth! Funny, churches burning, railways and highways blocked, occasionally with fires, the pipeline attacks in B.C. causing massive damage, and the list goes on. None of these were cause for concern, but setting up bouncy castles, feeding the homeless, cleaning snow from sidewalks, AND not agreeing with a government that is supposed to be there for it's citizen's is reason to invoke unprecedented and actually dangerous emergencies act??

the act was never authorized, only invoked. it was rescinded before it could be implemented. so the police and government actually had no further authority, yet they pretended they did. and even under the emergency act, charter rights still apply - so search, seizure, arrests, bank accounts, 'quelling' a protest that was deemed legal by a judge - all of it was illegal and ottawa is facing lawsuits because of it.
