Good Morning, I just bought the same salted egg jar a moment ago, and was looking for recipes how to use it, and bumped into your video on the review of this. You are so right, it tasted like sweet egg yolkey wafer blended into a paste, to me it wasn't salty, and I was taken aback by the sweetness of it. Out of the jar, not what I was expecting. I would give it a 5 out of 10. Coz mine has that starchy flour taste in it, probably coz it was near the expiry date when I bought it.
