Thankyou so much for this count vedio. I use this everyday twice for my post surgery recovery. Helps me to do stretches in disciplined way. Very helpful

Thank you. Used it while exercising.. lateral lifting of legs.. could you make similar videos to support counting of surya namaskar. coutinng as 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 1-10, 1-11, 1-12 with gap of 4 seconds..
