Welcome back to my channel today with my third update with the fundrise portfolio. I ve been officially invested in them for 3 years and 2.5 months. Returns have been very good in the past weeks and we are over 36k in value now. in this Fundrise End of Year Update you will see some interesting and positive actions from the fundrise team that really mad me happy to be invested in them

I still love the app and suggest any real estate newbie to research it or watch my first introductory video to get a good idea

To me it personally helped me to get into the real estate world and learn more about the various markets and investment types before actively starting with rental properties.

I believe < that the inflation is already priced in crypto market since the end of last year. These manipulative rats are always two steps ahead of everybody because they are market makers.
