As I am listening to this, I am realizing by a lot of my very intense past stories don’t trigger me anymore. Or at the very least, have a very vague dull reaction/response. It’s because I have disconnected to the old and reconnected to something new so I can create new more desirable stories about who I am. I know it’s only a small step in the right direction, but it is one of the things that has changed a very long pattern.

Grand rising my sister. I have learned on my journey, most negative thoughts are stolen from your own memory to drive a negative emotion for feeding. If one identifies this thought not yours, then those thoughts, can be controlled. If the thoughts are controlled then the emotion can to be controlled. Peace and love 💜

I usually never click on videos like this because of all of the fear mongering but I’m glad I clicked on this one. Yesterday I was having a hard time with the energy, I felt very sick physically, and I began to think about an entity or energy attaching itself to me, this raging need to wanting to know “the truth” and to voice out loud what were my questions, and as I began to allow myself to feel the discomfort of not knowing, I began to sneeze, cough, and cry. Today I feel differently, almost at breakthrough. Thank you for sharing.

I started watching it. Just couldn't. Went down stairs, had a deink of water, tried helping an 80 year old post stuff on gumtree, got frustrated, wemt outside, broke down then I could watch this. It's been a rouh week and didn't realise I had attached to some bad juju. I tried afformations and they felt surface level, when shit got real, they were washed away.

And as somone said "the truth doesn't require your participation, lies do".

And a nice exercise. In complete silence, ask yourself what do I know?. You'll hear silence.

From my experience of removing entities off of people and then their higher true self comes in... the change you can see afterwards is so beautiful.
Most people have attachments that hold them down and dull their shine x
