Fish look good man👍🏻 I would qt the sick fish and try a metro & prazi combo on him. Or you could try levamisole. I’ve just done similar with my blue acara. Hopefully that will sort him out. Certainly worth giving it a try👍🏻

What gravel did you get? I order the same tank from petsmart and I love the gravel you are using

I would put large rocks and wood to break up the line of sight and it will give the fish hidding places.

its called a flameback the same thing happened to mine. it not contageous but its to late to save him. its caused by a nutritional deficientcy they need a higher protien diet or they waste away

Internal parasites. If you put in quarantine tank and get his pellet food wet and sprinkle general cure on it let it absorb it will clear it up. Also it is contagious. Take the females out it will help a lot also. Good luck
