I have a wired thermostat and would like to add the wifi thermostat. Can I keep them both connected to the boiler ?

I've just had one of these installed as part of a new boiler installation. On commissioning we found that the heating would not work until we connected the bridge on the RT using that red 'U' shaped connector that came with the boiler. I see on your video that you do not have one connected on the ebus terminal. Could you please clarify?

Not sure I like the transformer would need a socket next to it
