Truck Dispatching Basics: Dispatching 101

Friendly advice to fellow dispatchers, DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH TQL a day in advance, they will 99% cancel the load on the day that your driver is supposed to pick it up, leaving you stranded and in need to look for a a new one. "Their customer canceled the load", but in reality they just found someone who would take it for less, hence they will earn more. Worst brokers ever.
