The Advant X features a high-performance fiberglass composite shell and Kinetic Polymer Alloy chin bar, making it lightweight and sturdy. Ok road tested advant x carbon for 5 hours today it’s much quieter than shark evo gt, more comfortable easier to put spectacles in, no issues with visor opening my go to helmet now

If anyone if on the fence about LS2 and the advant x, I have 15 helmets, closer to 25 just wouldn't admit it. I have an agv sport modular, an LS2 strobe, LS2 Valliant2, an Aria quantum x, Shoei rf1400, gt-airII, j-cruiseII, HJC rpha70carbon, and Scorpion exo1400 to name a few. By far, my favorite helmets are my rpha 70 for the amount of noise it blocks out and my LS2 Valliant II for the versatility and fit. Of all my helmets, LS2 gives so much value compared to the other brands. I'm unsure how they do it but it's really amazing. I have to note, LS2 has amazing visors and internal sun shade. It's on par to my Shoei GT AirII. I'm not sure if it's polarized but you'll be amazed. The only real negative was the weight but if the new Advant X is lighter, all the better! I'm looking forward to ordering and receiving the Advant X.

Ordered an Advant X Carbon over the weekend from Speed Addicts, and its on the way already. Can't wait to try it on. I hate picking out helmets cause it never seems that I can find a helmet that "checks all the boxes, " but i think LS2 may have nailed it with this one.. and may have even threw in an extra bonus with the ability to close of the rear vent. I will say I'm excited for this helmet, although I'm wondering why the Carbon isn't coming in lighter. LS2 advertises the line-up at 1650g, 1600g, & 1470g all =/- 50g, so the Carbon should weigh in less at around 3lb 4oz. I tend to ride up to sometimes as much as 10-12 hours a day, so weight is a huge part of my decision, however the extra 4oz is not going to be a deal breaker. I'm just not thrilled that I paid $100 more for a feature that I am not going to be getting. That is on LS2 to make right, not Speed Addicts.

Update: Great video with in depth discussion on all the features and the new helmet rating! I bought the AdvantX black in August 2023.. non carbon as it didn't save any weight. I really like the fit of the helmet although I found I needed to buy slim cheek pad replacements. I have ridden in high winds and rain and it's performed very well. Now riding In southeastern NY winter and find it offers good cold protection along with a throat coat or neck wrap. I haven't been in extremely hot environments yet but I can say that the venting is very good and provides a noticeable stream of air over my head. I wear glasses and they fit much better than my other helmets. I started with my Sena evo 20 comms which worked well but mounting was a little wonky because of the beveled helmet trim on the X models. The regular Advant has a flat space. As soon as the integrated LS2/CARDO Comms unit was released I grabbed one and I like it... Sounds great, easy install, integrated with my Goldwing tour system in both 1 and 2 up situations as well as the other Sena units my son and I have. I did have to shim up the speakers for both Cardo and Sena units as the speaker wells are deep.

I bought the advent x carbon and it’s been excellent. With my Cardo edge I can hear my music comfortably and my motorcycle with no wind noise. Only downside is the shell itself is extremely large, much larger than my bell broozer helmet. Speaking only of the size of the shell not the interior, it is nice and snug.

3:17 Lighter than my Shoei GT Air. Then again, I'm a size large which is the optimum shell size for the small to large LS2 helmets.

I'm confused by the titanium color. The one in the video shows a greyish color with black LS2 lettering over the visor. However on all the websites it shows the titanium much darker with grey LS2 lettering over the visor. Which one is correct for 2025?

Just bought advant x carbon first impression much bette4 than my shark evo gt . Lining & mechanism much better also has chin vents which was major failing in shark . Looking forward to testing it
