Cream took me over in junior high…I fell madly!

You ever have a song stuck in your head and can't remember which band did it? I thought for sure this particular song was by The Doors and named Ride in my car. So i looked through the entire library of The Doors with no luck and then thought, maybe it was by Cream, started playing the library and was about to give up the search when lo and behold, the very last song on the playlist was the one i had been looking for. It's now permanently added to my playlist. Thank you Cream.

My late mom loved this song. She was not a rock fan to begin with, as her favorites were the big bands and the old crooners. This was one of a handful of rock songs she would rave about, and listen to again and again.

As a kid in the 80's I thought Jack Bruce was Eric Clapton has jack done the original you laugh, later on I thought same with Steve Winwood until someone not only put me straight but taught me how to hear everything
