This is the song that I would freak out at when it was on the radio as a little kid. I didn't really understand the meanings behind the lyrics (but I loved the crap out of it.) until I rediscovered it waaay later. It's kinda wild because I forgot a lot of my childhood but this is one of my like few ties to it. And the lyrics hit so hard now lol

Perfect blend of pieces of 80's songs. I was immediately drawn to it and I knew why. It's a cross between Voice's Carry, another 80's song ( trying to figure that one out still) and a little newer song, Death Cab for Cutie Where soul meets body. I'll figure out the rest. Cool song.
