how does this compare to the g series yanagiba

Global is a perfect knife for daily prep as a professional chef. Cutting vegetables, meat, etc. You don't have to worry about the blade is chipping and all of that during busy hour. Perfect balance and easy to sharpen. I use Global since 2003 but never try the Yanagiba one because I use Aogami no.2 for my yanagiba. But for cutting roll, veg, etc I use my G-2 and Global slicer. Global petty and Utility knife also very comfortable in hand
