What a coincidence. I just did a chicken pot pie video on my channel, only are used Popeyes hot honey chicken. Kudos to you for doing a vegan item. I’m just not too crazy about very many vegan dishes.

The outside reminds me of one of those hand pies that you get in south America or the Caribbean. Empanada might be what they are called...

Hey silver fox 😎 I don't think I'd try the meatless 🌭 although I do love onions. I would try the pot pie. It looked alright, yeah, I'd try it. I've never been to a Sprouts but I know we just got one here in Az not too long ago. I'll let you know if I try it. Claudia was thoughtful to bring you the 🌭 Very sweet !

Those both looked interesting. I can’t see myself eating them because I usually eat pretty low carb and also I’m not vegan. Love cheese too much for all that lol. Enjoyed the video either way, Val.

oooh a few days ago I got some Gardein chick'n nuggets..not sure when I'll be brave enough to open them. I love tofu in millions of ways, but it still seems weird. THAT's a weird looking pot pie. That looks like the special on Spaceballs. They should just call it a Buffalo Sponge. Any heat? It needs heat to kill the flavor! haha. I got tricked into eating vegan hot dogs in 1994...never did it again.

Why do you consider vegan substitutes as fake ? It’s not fake or artificial food it’s usually just soy or pea protein cooked and flavored in away that has a meaty texture

Not really a pot pie, more of a pasty. I do wish that they would stop trying to mimic things like steak, hot dogs, and burgers. I think it's best just to design dishes that work to the strengths of a vegetable protein rather than try to cram it into a form that highlights its weak points.
