Here are two renditions by Sissel of the song "Dagane", written by Odd Nordstoga. In the first, she does a solo in Kopenhagen in 2011. In the second, she performs a duet with Odd in 2009.

As a tribute to Sissel's immense and amazing talent, not only does she perform all of her solos in a not-to-be-equalled style, but she performs with equal brilliance and perfection in her duets. She is not afraid to allow the other performer to also exhibit THEIR excellence while she is content to perform in the background as the supporting singer - thereby enhancing their part. No "ego-centered diva" here !!

I think that Sissel is breathtakingly beautiful in both performances (as usual), but I feel that there is something about her appearance and presence in the second that is almost too overwhelming beautiful to endure !!

So wonderful Sissel. Truth is I feel uneasy about Odd because you like him quite a bit. Pure jealousy from a little jerk 10, 000 miles away. Isn't it rich? Feel the same about that talented little squirt who had the gall to put his hand on you on stage. And you being the love you are went along. Better stop here I'm digging myself deeper into a hole.
