thanks for the video tips! I am a real estate agent in California and these are some of the questions I encounter! Always find an agent who will go over the purchase process, provide sample contracts, and review the inventory before you ever go shopping! I will note that, yes, there are other loan products but a 30 year mortgage is a great place to start: it keeps the mortgage more affordable and you can always pay more/bi-monthly later to help pay things down faster if your finances allow for it.
