"Love Kills" was Freddie's first proper single as a solo artist. His very first non-Queen release had been issued under the name Larry Lurex in 1973.Love Kills was originally used in Giorgio Moroder's 1984 restoration of the 1927 silent film Metropolis, as part of the new soundtrack. The single reached number ten on the UK Singles Chart.

It is July 2020 in a Pandemic Just found out about Freddie's solo album. It is fantastic. I love it! Freddie gets me through these lonely Pandemic times. I listen to him solo and with Queen and I feel better. I wish he was still here but GOD wanted him to come home.
