FC24 can’t connect to EA servers bug.

Can’t connect to EA servers. But can with no issue login on the exact same console with my friends account. EA is doing zero to resolve this issue and just keeps saying things like change DNS, reinstall et.c
When clearly the issue is not on my end.

every time I go to ultimate team it says wait a minute and it's taking me a long time, so I always have to turn off ea fc 25 and the whole ps4 and I have to do it like this three times before I can go to ultimate team normally. Please give me any advice to fix it
