For those that are wondering why it revs so fast at 6, 800-7, 200RPM... It's the torque converter unlocking.

Yep okay. 158k miles and it pulls up to 180 no sweat. What a car. What an engine

181MPH what a beast, the reliability is a 10. Naturally aspirated V8 engine forget EV, nothing like the roar of an engine.

People don’t understand until they actually own one of these. Built with care.

I sold mine last year and left to travel the world, but... mean thank you for that. My heart was pounding all the way up.

There is a video online of an ISF engine being serviced, and able to see the inside of the engine and it looks flawless at close to 200k miles. Same thing with all of the Toyota V8 and regular engines. I am making an SC F out of my SC430 using my extra 4.3 engine, and using various engine parts from Tundra with aftermarket forged pistons and rods in a sleeved block, which allows it to displace 5.0 or 5.2 liters. I am going to see what I can get out of it while NA (I'm certain it will be over 400hp) and then Ill try a custom turbo setup at a later point but I will keep it below 600hp on regular high octane gas, since I don't want to start using e85 unless I am taking it to a track.

There is an SC430 on Youtube that has the 4.3 V8 and is pushing 700k miles without ever being taken apart along with the transmission. There are LS430's with the same engine pushing even more mileage, and there is an LS400 with the 4.0 engine that has gone over 1 million miles. Its the same story with the newer 5.0 engines as well used in the IS F, GS F, and LC.

Damn, still pulls with all that mileage on it.

Make no mistake. Lexus is the difference between mere machine and a masterpiece. 150, 000 miles on the clock and the car rolls out of bed and absolutely dismantles the speed limit.

I just purchased a 2013 ISF and ultrasonic blue from my close friend last month The car has 64, 000 miles on it has Hayward and Scott exhaust with swift springs and an air tube. My close friend said this car would do 180 and I thought he was full of crap. Apparently he is correct. I just recently changed the oil with Pennzoil ultra platinum 530 and changed the transmission fluid with OEM Toyota tranny fluid and I put red line 7590 in the diff, I ran a couple bottles of the royal purple max clean through the engine and oh my God this car moves…..

Imaging the thrill of hitting 180 mph only to have a deer run out in front of you.
